Acceptable Use Policy

What you may and may not submit, and what happens when the limits are abused.

Why this exists

The service sends what you paste to a third-party model. That creates two obligations: you must have the right to disclose what you submit, and the service must not be used to cause harm. This policy applies to everyone, including anonymous visitors.

Do not submit

  • Material you are not authorised to disclose, including a third party's confidential schema, source code or data under an NDA.
  • Personal data of other people, unless you have a lawful basis to process it and to send it for this purpose.
  • Credentials, access keys, connection strings or tokens. Strip them before pasting; the model does not need them.
  • Content that is unlawful, infringing, or that describes an intent to cause harm.

Do not do

  • Bypass the allowance: rotating cookies, changing IP addresses, creating multiple accounts, or automating requests to obtain more than the plan provides.
  • Scrape, crawl or mirror the service, or use it to build a training dataset or a competing product.
  • Probe, overload or attack the service, or attempt to extract the prompts behind it.
  • Resell access without written permission.
  • Use the output to attack, defraud or surveil anyone.

Enforcement

We apply limits automatically: per-identity daily and monthly allowances, a per-network limit on how many free identities can be used per day, and a deployment-wide daily cap.

When a limit is reached you get an explanatory error with a reset time. Sustained abuse results in the network being blocked, the account being suspended, or both. Because anonymous use has no account, blocking at the network level is the only lever available — we apply it to stop abuse, not to police ordinary use, and we keep the record of the block for the shortest period that serves that purpose.

Paid plans terminated for abuse are not refunded where the abuse is material.

Reporting

Report abuse, security issues or a request to remove content to support@sqloptimizer.online. We acknowledge security reports within two business days.

Changes

We may update this policy as abuse patterns change. The current version always applies.
