Cancellation Policy

How to cancel a paid plan, when it takes effect, and what happens to your allowance and data.

Cancel at any time

You can cancel a paid plan whenever you like. There is no minimum term, no cancellation fee and no need to give a reason.

How to cancel

  1. Click Manage or cancel subscription — on the dashboard, or under Settings → Billing. It opens the subscription portal, where auto-renewal is switched off in one step, or
  2. Email support@sqloptimizer.online from the address on the account, with your order id.

Cancellation is confirmed by email. If you do not receive a confirmation within one business day, contact us again — an unconfirmed request is not a cancelled subscription.

When it takes effect

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep the plan and the remaining allowance until then, and the next renewal is not charged.

We do not pro-rate a period you have already paid for, and cancelling mid-period does not generate a refund except where the Refund Policy or mandatory law provides one.

What happens to your allowance

At the end of the period the account moves to the free plan. The monthly allowance stops, the daily free allowance applies, and any unused optimizations from the paid plan do not carry over and cannot be converted into credit.

Your data

Cancelling does not delete your data. Your account, sign-in and history remain, so you can resume later. To delete the account as well, ask us at support@sqloptimizer.online; deletion is permanent and completes within 30 days.

Reactivating

You can subscribe again at any time. If you return within the same billing period that was already paid, contact us — we would rather restore the period than charge twice.

If we cancel

If we end a paid plan for a reason other than your breach of the Terms, we refund the unused part of the period. If we end it because of a material breach, the Refund Policy applies.
